PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN PANCAKES
Yum yum, who doesn’t love peanut butter pancakes?! 🙂 You could also adjust the add-ins to make different versions of your liking, just adjust the container counts as you need to.
These are super easy to make, yummy and healthy!
What you’ll need…
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder or Vanilla Shakeology
2 tbsp of Powered Peanut butter
1/4c of quick oats (I use gluten free)
3 egg whites
1 tsp of stevia
dash of salt
1tsp of vanilla extract
Directions: Spray a pancake pan over medium heat. Mix ingredients in bowl all together until well blended. Scoop out in 1/4c portions and cook on one side until done, then flip.
Makes about 3 good sized pancakes.
Top with peanut butter or fresh fruit.
