Fall is in the air and that means fall food! Soups, turkey… and rolls, gravy, stuffing, pie and more. Soon the holidays will be here and so will the temptations. Aunt Ruth’s famous overload bars, your cousin Jerry’s 7-layer dip, and your grandma’s apple crisp.

The holidays sure are hard, aren’t they? Food is such a huge part of all of us coming together, that it can be hard to make good choices. So be determined this year to have a great holiday season, and make the best choices possible with regards to your nutrition.
